I agree to the rules as set forth by the MCGA. I understand a copy of the rules can be found HERE

I understand that applications for new plots are limited to one (1) plot per household and attest that no other family member residing at the above address has an existing plot, nor has applied for a plot.

I agree to pay the plot fee associated with the garden plot assigned to me, and that an unpaid invoice will result in the loss of my plot(s).

I agree to complete garden community service hours on time, as detailed in the Rules and Policies found HERE

I attest that I am eligible to make this application, have not been banned as a returning gardener and have no outstanding/overdue invoices payable to MCGA.

I agree that failure to meet the above may result in my gardening privileges being revoked in accordance with current Rules and Policies.
